Ann Green brings extensive real estate, marketing and international experience to helping clients buy and sell residential and luxury homes throughout Vancouver, West Vancouver and North Vancouver. Known for building lasting client relationships, Ann combines strong market knowledge and skilled negotiation with a highly personalized approach to real estate.

Ann’s real estate career began in London, where she worked as a Property Consultant marketing English properties to buyers in Hong Kong. She later spent seven years in Hong Kong, where she established a Canadian property division and bespoke Lifestyle Division for a leading real estate firm, marketing Canadian properties to international buyers and introducing French châteaux to the Hong Kong market.

Relocation is a natural extension of Ann’s international experience. Having lived and worked in several countries, she understands that a move is about much more than finding a home. She helps clients relocating to Vancouver, West Vancouver and North Vancouver understand the neighbourhoods, schools, lifestyle and communities that can influence where they choose to live.

Born in South Africa, educated in England and a graduate of the University of British Columbia, Ann brings a global perspective to her knowledge of the Vancouver real estate market. She lives on the North Shore with her husband of more than 30 years and is a lifelong lover of the arts and travel, having visited 36 countries — with plenty still on her list.

Known for her strategic approach, strong negotiation and data-driven advice, Leslie combines market knowledge with highly personalized service to guide clients through every stage of a purchase or sale.

Relocation is an important part of Leslie’s real estate practice. Having experienced five international moves herself, she understands that choosing the right neighbourhood, schools, community and lifestyle can be every bit as important as finding the right home. She works closely with clients relocating to Vancouver and the North Shore, providing the local insight and market knowledge they need to make confident, informed decisions.

Leslie’s background extends beyond real estate into marketing, communications and major international events. Alongside her real estate career, she worked as a Senior Project Lead with TRIA Consultants Pty Ltd, specializing in Dressing and Signage. Her project experience includes the Invictus Games Vancouver Whistler 2025 and FIFA World Cup 2026 programs delivered by TRIA for Vancouver and Toronto. This experience brings an additional level of creativity, organization and marketing perspective to the way Leslie presents and markets homes.

A longtime North Shore resident, Leslie enjoys Vancouver’s restaurants and local markets, travelling, photography and exploring the North Shore trails.

Joey Sweeney

Born and raised in Lynn Valley, North Vancouver, Joey Sweeney has spent most of his life on the North Shore, giving him firsthand knowledge of its neighbourhoods, lifestyle and communities. He works with buyers and sellers throughout Vancouver, West Vancouver and North Vancouver, with a particular interest in helping first-time home buyers, families and clients find the right home and neighbourhood.

Having also lived in Gastown, Joey brings experience with both North Shore and Vancouver living, from established residential neighbourhoods and family homes to urban condos and investment properties. His approach combines local market knowledge and data with thoughtful communication and highly personalized service.

A graduate of the University of British Columbia who also studied at Emily Carr University, Joey spent more than 16 years in the hospitality industry before becoming a licensed Realtor. That experience shaped his strong client-service focus and ability to guide clients comfortably through the buying and selling process.

Joey remains closely connected to the North Shore community. A certified Lagree instructor, he teaches Megaformer classes at Lagree West and can often be found exploring the North Shore trails with his Doberman.
